Typographical Errors
In the event that a J&J Pumps Inc product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, J&J Pumps Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. J&J Pumps Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, J&J Pumps Inc shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by J&J Pumps Inc without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of J&J Pumps Inc products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of J&J Pumps Inc products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. J&J Pumps Inc's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. J&J Pumps Inc may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.


Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a J&J Pumps Inc or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. Nonetheless, J&J Pumps Inc seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Damaged Goods Policy

Responsibility & title of merchandise passes to purchaser the moment goods are placed in transit/shipped. According to I.C.C. Transportation Regulations, claims for damage must be initiated by the consignee. If there is any damage, or the possibility of concealed damage, please note this on the freight bill. Do not sign the Freight Bill unless this is noted.

Disposition of the damaged merchandise is determined by the delivery carrier. Do not destroy packing material or boxes until the carrier's agent has examined them.

Obvious Freight Damage: If you receive a shipment from us or our suppliers/distributors/warehouses with obvious freight damage, REFUSE IT and inform us immediately so we can supply a replacement. If you accept a shipment with obvious freight damage and report it after the fact, we will supply a replacement at the originally quoted price. We will provide a credit upon the return of the original, but based upon the salvage terms of the manufacturer. This will delay your credit for the damaged unit.

Concealed Freight Damage: If you accept a shipment, it is YOUR responsibility to open it immediately and report any concealed freight damage to us and to the carrier. If you fail to report concealed freight damage to the delivery carrier immediately and to note it on the freight bill, neither you nor J&J Pumps Inc. have any recourse. We will provide a replacement product at the originally quoted price, and if you wish, we can accept the return of the damaged J&J Pumps Inc. is happy to accept items for return within 14 days of the purchase date and to refund the purchase price for any new goods purchased from our company when the following provisions are met:

1. For 80% credit, the item must be returned in the original factory sealed box. Electrical components must be sealed in box, un-used.
2. If the box has been opened, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. If the box has been opened, all items must be in resalable (new) condition upon return. All components of the equipment being returned, packing materials, boxes, plastic bags, warranty cards, user manuals, and miscellaneous enclosures must be returned with goods being returned.
3. Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
4. Special Order items will not be accepted for return.
5. Used Equipment will not be accepted for return.
6. Defective goods will be replaced or repaired at our discretion but not refunded.
7. Refunds will be issued as either a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase or by company check if the item was paid for with a check, money order or cash.
Shipping regulations for orders shipped within the US
J&J Pumps Inc. can ship to any business or residential area as long as a physical address is provided and the order passes all of our security regulations. All packages, regardless of its destination, require signature at delivery time. J&J Pumps Inc. will not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping rates are based on zip code locations and calculated in shopping cart prior to checkout or by us. J&J Pumps Inc. reserves the right to hold and/or delay any order indefinitely due to suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Prices for items sold on this website generally do not include freight charges. However, if an item is specifically noted as offering "Free Shipping" or "Shipping Included" in a price, then this offer applies ONLY to destinations within the Continental U.S.

Truck Shipment freight charges are based on the item shipping from J&J Pumps Inc. If the item is being shipped from the manufacturer directly to the customer, or "drop-shipped", trucking freight charges may be different than what is shown on the order form at the time of order placement. J&J Pumps Inc. will notify the customer of any freight charge discrepancies for approval prior to order processing.

ORDER PROCESSING: Most orders will be processed 24-48 hours after they are received. However, some products are drop-shipped directly to you from the manufacturer and may take longer to process. We will notify you of any delays we are aware of regarding order processing. Your order will be shipped to you via your preference, for example UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Ground once the order has been processed internally.

Products purchase from J&J Pumps Inc. are warranted to the original user only to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of installation, and no more than 12 months from the date of purchase. J&J Pumps Inc. liability under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing at J&J Pumps Inc. option, customer required to pay freight both ways. J&J Pumps Inc. Will not be liable for any costs of removal, installation, transportation, or any other charges that may arise in connection with a warranty claim.

Products which are sold by J&J Pumps Inc., are subject to the warranty provided by the manufacturer of said products and not by J&J Pumps Inc. warranty.

J&J Pumps Inc. will not be liable for damage or wear to products caused by abnormal operating conditions, accident, abuse, misuse, unauthorized alteration or repair, or if the product was not installed in accordance to the manufacture recommended installation procedures. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
*Note: No warranty on equipment not installed by a water well professional with a C55 and or a D21 license.

To obtain service under this warranty, the defective product must be returned to J&J Pumps Inc., the distributor it was purchased from, or a J&J Pumps Inc. authorized service department, at J&J Pumps Inc.’s option. It must be returned with proof of purchase and installation date, failure date, and supporting installation data. Any defective product to be returned must be sent freight prepaid.

J&J Pumps Inc. will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising from installation, use, or any other causes. There are no express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, which extend beyond those warranties described or referred to above.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages and some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long implied warranties may last. Therefore, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdictions.

Products which are repaired or replaced by J&J Pumps Inc. or authorized service center under the provisions of these limited warranty terms will continue to be covered by J&J Pumps Inc. through the remainder of the original warranty period set forth by the original purchase date.
New submersible motors purchased through J&J Pumps Inc. without a new pump end will not come with a warranty.

Coupling a new motor to a used/old pump end voids warranty.
Warranty void if equipment is exported out of the USA.
Warranty void if equipment is not designed for the application by J&J Pumps Inc.
